The fair-play rules for using Frezio.

Frezio is a workspace of AI agents built for early-career job seekers. The agents can, among other things, review your public profiles, tailor a resume, draft a cover letter, uplift your LinkedIn, run interview practice, and match you to fresh jobs. Frezio provides suggestions and drafts — it does not guarantee any specific job outcome.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use Frezio on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at info@frezio.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

When using Frezio you agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• Impersonate another person or fabricate qualifications, employment history or credentials;
• Use Frezio to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or misleading in a way that would breach Australian Consumer Law;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• Share your account with another person or resell access to Frezio without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of the resumes, profiles, links, notes and other content you upload to Frezio ("Your Content"). You grant Frezio a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the service, deliver the outputs you request, and improve the product in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except to the extent we're required to keep records by law.

Frezio uses large language models to generate outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or occasionally reflect the biases of the underlying models. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you use it, and for making sure any claim about your experience, skills or qualifications is truthful. You may use Frezio's outputs (for example, a tailored resume or cover letter) in your own job applications; Frezio does not claim ownership of the specific outputs generated for you.

Frezio may offer free and paid tiers. Where paid, prices, features and limits will be shown at the point of purchase. We may change plans, prices or features from time to time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect an active paid subscription.

Frezio integrates with, or links to, third-party services (for example, LinkedIn, GitHub, cloud storage or AI providers). We are not responsible for those third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our services come with a non-excludable consumer guarantee, our liability for a failure to comply with that guarantee is, to the maximum extent permitted by law, limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the price paid for them.

Subject to Section 9, Frezio is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will result in an interview, a job offer or any particular outcome.

Subject to Section 9, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Frezio, its directors, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss (including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of reputation) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of AU$100 or the fees you paid to Frezio during that period.

You agree to indemnify Frezio for any third-party claim, loss or damage arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by Frezio's own negligence or breach.

You can stop using Frezio and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@frezio.au. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we'll provide reasonable notice where practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email. Continuing to use Frezio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Frezio submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
